The graph shows Point Carbon’s assessment for California carbon allowances (CCAs) in the over-the-counter (OTC) market, and the bid offer spread. The benchmark contract right now is California carbon allowances for delivery in 2013 for compliance with the system in 2013 (v13). For a description of the methodology, please follow the link.
