EU ETS court rulings could cause a "minor earthquake"

 

A legal victory for Estonia and Poland in their battle against the EU Commission to get more carbon permits is unlikely to increase supply, but it could help other eastern states cause a “minor earthquake” in the carbon market, analysts said on Thursday.
