ANALYSIS: Phase three EUA premium to erode further

EU carbon prices for phase three hit a record low last week, but speculative trading, a surprise cut in interest rates, swelling offset supply and record power profit margins mean EUAs could come under further pressure and undermine an EU push towards cleaner energy.
