EUAs dive 4 pct to fresh 33-month low

EU carbon fell 4 percent to its lowest level since March 2009 on Wednesday as energy and equity markets gave mixed signals and traders remained wary about the ability of euro zone leaders to contain the euro zone debt crisis.
