Australia should sign deals to secure offset supply: analysts

A bill to launch the world’s second-biggest carbon market was approved by the Australian Senate on Tuesday, though analysts say the country should be striking deals with its Asian neighbours to guarantee its companies supply of hundreds of millions of cheap carbon credits.
