Weekly CER awards top 11 mln, issuance queue builds

The U.N. handed out 11.3 million Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) to 35 Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects last week, setting November supply on course to hit 23 million at a time when prices are near record lows.
