NZ PM vows to keep NZ$25 CO2 price cap, link to Australia ETS in 2015

Prime Minister John Key on Wednesday pledged to slow down the expansion of the New Zealand emissions trading scheme if he wins the Nov. 26 election and keep a NZ$25 cap on emission permits, but work to link the carbon market to Australia's scheme from 2015.
