Obama tells GOP no time to wait for GHG laws

The Obama administration on Wednesday blamed Republicans for inaction on curbing greenhouse gas emissions and published new fuel economy standards for cars and light trucks, which will cut 6 billion tonnes of CO2 equivalent between 2017 and 2025.
