Renewables delay could boost EUAs, but only under 30 pct goal

A three-year delay in meeting an EU goal to source 20 percent of energy from renewable sources by 2020 could increase emissions by 240 million tonnes over the next nine years, according to new research by Thomson Reuters Point Carbon.
