Australia, NZ bank on CERs with or without Kyoto extension

Australia and New Zealand have dismissed concerns they may not be able to use U.N.-issued carbon credits in their domestic emission schemes unless they sign up to a new Kyoto period, an outcome that could cost emitters hundreds of millions of dollars.
