My recommendations for buying CERs : Its a very volatile market with lots of uncertainties  Even if the supply's of CERs grows more slowly, the market is in danger of having more credits than emitters will demand through 2020,  The analysts cut their 2012 price forecast to 5.70 euros a ton this month from last month’s estimate of 7.90 euros, as demand for credits declined at a time when supply is still increasing.  European emissions prices are expected to remain low next year as fresh supply of permits will outweigh an uptick in demand from increased utility hedging and the entry of thousands of airlines into the EU’s carbon market on January 1. I believe the price of CERs will go down a bit more right after the New Year. That's when you STRIKE !
