U.N. agency nudges up CER supply outlook 0.5 percent

UNEP Risoe on Thursday raised its CER supply estimate by 0.5 percent following a bumper number of issuances in January, when the U.N. handed out over 36 million offsets, the fourth-highest monthly total on record.
